Crystal Biggans is the Executive Director of Headwaters Charitable Trust, bringing over two decades of experience and a deep commitment to community well-being. Before stepping into her current role, she spent 23 years in social services within county government, where she was recognized for her dedication to developing programs that uplift underserved populations and drive meaningful change.
Growing up in rural central Pennsylvania in the heart of the Appalachian Coal Region, Crystal developed a lifelong appreciation for the natural world. This background fuels her passion for leading initiatives that balance environmental sustainability with social equity.
In her free time, Crystal enjoys hiking, kayaking, fishing, crafting, cooking, and spending quality time with her family.
