Kathelene (Kathy) Bisko
Operations Director
As Operations Director, Kathy Bisko oversees the Trust’s daily operations, including grants, budgeting, administration, and board relations. She is working to expand the organization’s capacity to serve rural communities across Pennsylvania through ecological restoration, trail development, local food systems, and workforce initiatives. A State College resident, Bisko brings more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, grant management, and community development. She began her role on September 2, 2025.
